About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at QY Search & Advisory. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and registering new college students for our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and assess new candidates for our educational programs through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person consultations.
  • Call, email, and follow up with new leads to schedule consultations and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Assess each candidate based on our screening process to ensure they are qualified and a good fit for our programs.
  • Assist prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, ensuring all necessary documentation and admission criteria are fulfilled.
  • Match students with programs that align with their goals, aiming to pave the way for their career advancement post-graduation.
  • Meet monthly and yearly student enrollment goals.
  • Foster strong connections with students and staff to encourage referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records within our administrative system.
Requirements
  • 2 years of sales and client service experience, ideally in a consultative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with people.
  • Maturity, critical thinking skills, and the ability to act as a guide/advisor.
  • Education industry experience is an asset.
  • Tech-savvy with good computer skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter driven to reach their goals.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus monthly commissions for a total first-year compensation of $60,000 to $70,000.
