Business System Implementation Specialist

Position: Business System Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • (Internal Title: Business System Implementation II)
    • Document both functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Verify the accuracy of program data included in project reports.
    • Facilitate the implementation of new products and maintain communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure product satisfaction.
    • Conduct data customization under supervision.
    • Perform administrative duties such as preparing weekly and monthly reports and scheduling meetings.
    • Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
    • Prepare, process, update, and compile routine documents, records, and reports.
    • Provide backup support to team members as necessary.
    • Develop and implement training programs, including the creation of training manuals and associated documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Gather business process requirements and engage in development and testing (SQL and Oracle BI Publisher).
    • Review the accuracy and integrity of program data used in project reports.
    • Consult with the assigned Business System Implementation III or higher for guidance during key project phases.
    • Complete tasks assigned by the Business System Implementation III or higher efficiently and promptly.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in PMIS Application, Implementation, and Configuration.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or Engineering.
  • Licenses or Certifications:
    • Possession of a recognized Project Management certification (CAPM) is considered a strong asset.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Extensive knowledge of training programs and related documentation, including the development of training manuals and Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Proficient in Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and tools such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, EcoSys, and Oracle Contract Manager.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in effective communication (both written and verbal).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
