We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Specialist to join our team at CIBC. As a Financial Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients, including responding to client inquiries and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and implementing sales strategies and building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with other members of the team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve client service and drive business growth.
- 2+ years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
