Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory management.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a focus on hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
