Your Responsibilities:
- Perform tests and evaluations of products and processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze data and apply reasoning to resolve issues and challenges, requiring a high level of precision.

- Operate machinery such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, man lifts, and loaders.
- Monitor production equipment to guarantee safe and efficient operations while identifying any malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records for daily production and inspections.
- Collect product samples for quality assurance and comply with stringent quality control standards.
- Support maintenance with special projects as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks within the defined scope.
- Cross-train in various roles as required.
- Promote a positive image of the company while executing these responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory environment preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including percentages and fractions, and proficiency with calculators.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply written procedures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a collaborative team spirit.
