About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Designer to join our team at FOX PACKAGING SERVICES. As a Machine Designer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and testing of our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Assist in the design and development of mechanical installations and construction projects, including preparing design, drawings, and specifications.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management, including estimating costs and materials, preparing project schedules, and supervising maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Test machines and equipment, and ensure that they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that designs meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve design processes and procedures to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SolidWorks software.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with warping machines.
  • Specialization or Experience: 3D Modeling.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, team player, and accurate.
