Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Hyundai of Chatham Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, electrical, and transmission components
  • Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are safe and functioning properly
  • Estimate repair costs and provide detailed explanations to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex repair issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive repair or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
