Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre is seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide high-quality care to patients in Amherst and surrounding areas.

The centre offers a wide range of programs and services, including ambulatory care, anesthesiology, cancer and supportive care, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Work as an Anesthesiologist to provide care to patients in the Northern Zone.
  • Provide surgical services, including general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and ENT.
  • Participate in call shifts and provide support to the Northern Zone as needed.
  • Operate within the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of Nova Scotia Health Authority.

Full Time

On call requirement

Qualifications

Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) and Eligibility for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS) are required.
