Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Pat's Driveline. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a related field
Work Environment

The technician will work primarily in a testing environment, focusing on various mechanical units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair, or replace components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Modify and repair automotive systems
  • Work on truck-trailer systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications
  • Conduct inspections and tests on electronic equipment and assemblies
Equipment Proficiency

Experience with the following machinery is essential:

  • Lathe
Specialization Areas
  • Drive train components
  • Welding
  • Machining
Required Tools

Technicians must provide their own tools, including:

  • General tools
  • Steel-toed safety boots
