Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring optimal product placement and visual displays.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, personnel matters, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
