Pharmacist-Saparas/Pharmsave

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team at the Pharmasave/Sapara's Pharmacy location in Esterhazy, SK. As a Pharmacist at Neighbourly Pharmacy, you will play a key role in providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy to our patients.

• Provide clinical services, including medication reviews, disease state management, and patient education.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient progress.
• Administer vaccines and determine the appropriateness of drug therapy.
• Monitor medication adherence and collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information.
• Recommend OTC products and vitamins, and answer questions from patients that require therapeutic knowledge, clinical analysis, or assessment.
• Supervise a pharmacy student or a provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities.

• Experience in Kroll and working in a retail environment.
• Good communication skills (both oral and written) and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
