We require candidates to have:
- Other trades certificate or diploma
- A valid AZ class license
The role involves driving in various locations, ensuring that you are adaptable to changing conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Plan or modify routes utilizing advanced navigation systems to enhance fuel efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Exhibit professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before, during, and after trips.
- Communicate effectively with central dispatch regarding any updates or issues.
Familiarity with the following documentation is essential:
- Accident or incident reports
- Inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)
- Maintenance and repair documentation
Experience with the following is required:
- Tractor-trailer operation
- GPS and other navigation tools
This position involves local travel.
Safety and SecurityEnsure compliance with safety regulations, including:
- Driver's license validity checks
- Driving record assessments
Candidates should possess:
- Attention to detail
- The ability to sit for extended periods
