Job Title: Men's Hairdresser

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Men's Hairdresser to join our team at Gentleman's, A Men's Grooming Company (BARBER SHOP). As a Men's Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting and trimming hair, providing custom hair and scalp treatments, and suggesting hair styles compatible with our clients' physical features and preferences.

Responsibilities:
  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences
  • Provide custom hair and scalp treatments
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client physical features and preferences
  • Shampoo customers' hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Apply hair extensions
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
Work Environment:

Our barbershop is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our team of experienced barbers and stylists to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Men's Hairdresser, you will be expected to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the hairdressing industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
