Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at 1284713 BC LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely project completion
  • Oversee apprenticeship training programs
  • Recruit and hire construction staff and manage related staffing actions
  • Develop and implement training programs for construction staff
  • Prepare and submit bids for new projects
  • Review and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
