  • Awareness of maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Understanding of food cost, portion control, and waste management

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a comparable role
  • A Journeyman certification or progress towards Red Seal certification
  • Availability for evening/dinner shifts
  • Flexible scheduling capabilities
