Position Overview:
We are seeking a Community Support Worker to assist individuals residing in our care facilities with their daily activities. The individuals we support may have diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Many of our clients are non-verbal and exhibit high sensory needs. A tailored behavioral support plan will be provided to help achieve the personal goals of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with transportation and personal care.
- Support clients in attending medical appointments and engaging in recreational activities, including swimming.
- Implement hygiene routines, prepare meals, and manage daily household tasks.
- Administer medications as required.
- Utilize advanced communication tools to interact effectively with non-verbal individuals.

- You can propose effective communication strategies tailored to non-verbal individuals.

- You are capable of managing administrative tasks, including documenting client behaviors and progress.
This position is temporary and requires a commitment of 24 hours per week.
