Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts with supplies and linens.
  • Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all amenities and supplies are replenished.
  • Clean and maintain bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Make beds, change linens, and fold towels.
  • Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items from guest rooms.
  • Check that all appliances and furniture are in good working order and report any maintenance issues.
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, including proper storage of flammable materials.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • No high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
