Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Planning: Determine the scheduling of production, including setting deadlines and milestones.
  • Funding and Resource Management: Locate funding for the project and manage resources effectively.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor the project's success after release, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the project's success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Experience in film production management is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work environment is urban, and the language of work is English.
