Traditional Chinese Video Game Localization Tester

Montreal, Quebec, Canada (PTW) Pole To Win International Full time

Are you passionate about gaming and fluent in Traditional Chinese? PTW-Montreal is seeking Localization Quality Assurance Game Testers to evaluate and refine the localized versions of upcoming video games.

*This position is an on-call contract with full-time availability from Monday to Friday.*

*Candidates must be available to work in the Montreal area.*

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and identify errors in Traditional Chinese language content.
  • Ensure compliance with console manufacturer standards.
  • Document all identified errors and bugs to enhance game quality.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve gameplay experience.
  • Identify and report any missing or incorrect content to ensure smooth gameplay.
  • Conduct ad hoc translations as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Traditional Chinese is essential, with a deep understanding of gaming content in this language.
  • Strong cultural knowledge of China is required.
  • Excellent command of English is necessary for interpreting internal documentation.
  • Basic proficiency in French is preferred for effective communication.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, especially Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
