We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Technology and Operations team at the Royal Bank of Canada. Key Responsibilities
- Drive project prioritization and ensure successful completion of key projects, including planning, initiation, and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure that they are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and report project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
