We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Smoke Poutinerie as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for quality and service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and that customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
