About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Smoke Poutinerie as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for quality and service.
