About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Office Furniture Installer to join our team at Rex Moving and Delivery Inc. As an Office Furniture Installer, you will be responsible for installing and assembling office furniture in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Install and assemble office furniture according to manufacturer's instructions and company standards.
  • Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers.
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Ability to work on the road.
  • Ability to provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
  • Ability to participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Ability to participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
  • Ability to participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
