Job Summary

Canada Post is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers at our post office location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling postal products and services to businesses and individuals, processing mail and packages, and providing information and assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals
  • Process mail and packages, including sorting and distributing mail
  • Provide information and assistance to customers, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent provincial certification
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
