Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring they have a positive experience in our store.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Assist with sales transactions, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display of products and the overall appearance of the store.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with our team to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 19 years of age or older.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven retail/customer service experience.
  • Budtending Experience: A bonus, but not required.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • CannaSell Certification: Preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift and bend 25lbs.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of cannabis regulations within the province of Saskatchewan.
Work Schedule

We offer part-time hours of 20 per week, with a flexible schedule that includes 8-hour shifts, day shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
