Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care throughout the night, ensuring the client's comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, promoting dignity and independence.
  • Facilitate mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to maintain physical function.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, catering to the client's dietary needs.
  • Manage household tasks to create a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to alleviate loneliness and promote emotional well-being.
What We Look For:
  • A Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) with a valid license.
  • Fluency in Tagalog, enabling effective communication with the client and their family.
  • A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
