Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Reno Installation Expert Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters, cabinetmakers, apprentices, trades helpers, and labourers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit production and other reports to management.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all job sites.
  • Recommend personnel actions and establish methods to meet work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and dependability.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is outdoors, with relocation costs covered by the employer. The work setting is construction, with opportunities to work on renovation and industrial projects.
