Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential risks associated with information technology management activities, including but not limited to information security, disaster recovery, development cycles, IT incidents, cloud computing, IT architecture, and data center operations.
  • Develop an audit strategy that incorporates data analysis as a means to evaluate adherence to internal policies and the effectiveness of controls, including automated controls.
  • Investigate issues encountered, determine root causes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from the first and second lines of defense, and assist them in identifying innovative and practical solutions.
  • Encourage the use of data analytics among your team’s auditors, guiding them in leveraging data throughout all relevant phases of the audit process.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the appropriate leaders and managers, and assist in the preparation of the audit report.
  • Contribute to the advancement of audit methodologies concerning automated controls and general controls (ITGC).

Team Structure: Within the Internal Audit sector, you will collaborate with a team of approximately 15 professional colleagues and report directly to the Senior Manager of Internal Audit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience, or a Master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT risk auditing (either external or internal), IT risk management, information security, or consulting in these domains.
  • Familiarity with processes and systems related to Financial, Commercial, and Credit Markets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as ACL, Audit Exchange, IDEA, SAS, or similar.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French.
