Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Pharmhill Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to management
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong commitment to safety and quality.
