Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and promote our resident-centered social culture, delivering the highest quality of recreational programming to our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to understand residents' individual needs and advocate for their participation in decisions about their care.
  • Develop and implement programs that contribute to residents' holistic health care goals, including physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and cognitive growth.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in or completed a diploma or degree in recreation/leisure studies and/or gerontology from a community college or university.
