Key Responsibilities:
  • Scripting and Automation: Design and implement robust Python scripts to automate data processes, enhance data management capabilities, and integrate new features into the Workiva Platform.
  • Consulting and Strategic Leadership: Provide expert guidance to internal teams and external partners on best practices in scalable data management and scripting.
  • Implementation Services: Deploy Platform scripting solutions that ensure efficient deployment and operation.
  • Influencing Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to inform product feature design and enhancement based on insights from data management challenges and scripting efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing data management solutions.
  • Skills: Extensive experience in Python scripting, automation, and data manipulation for building scalable workflows, as well as experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and Data analytics platforms/services.
