Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee certification initiatives with relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Develop wiring schematics, diagrams, and engineering guidelines for electronic assembly, utilizing knowledge of electronic principles and components.
  • Evaluate and formulate electrical engineering plans to ensure compliance with design specifications and relevant electrical codes.
  • Select appropriate electronic components and systems to fulfill functional requirements.
  • Design electrical control systems and automation solutions, including control circuits and programmable logic controllers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of engineering schematics, installed equipment, and any operational issues encountered.
  • Calculate specifications, material requirements, and project timelines, preparing budgets accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the design team to enhance existing products and streamline manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
  • Proficient understanding and application of manufacturing processes, including control and automation.
  • Familiarity with robotics, mechatronics, and the automation of manufacturing systems.
  • Experience in technical writing for manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of small engine components, both mechanical and electrical.
  • Proficient in software tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
