About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Specialist to join our team at GZ Food Company Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meats for retail or wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for retail or wholesale customers
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
  • Grind meats and use manual and electrical appliances to clean and prepare foodstuffs
  • Prepare special orders and ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
