Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progression, providing essential support to the rehabilitation team.
  • Operate at the top of your scope, empowered to make decisions and take initiative in your work.
  • Engage patients through consistent therapeutic interventions, driving substantial progress in meeting their needs.
  • Serve as an integral member of the rehabilitation team, providing comprehensive care and support.

Casual Employment Opportunities:
