With offices in Victoria, Nanaimo, and Vancouver, we specialize in Mechanical Design Systems for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Suppression. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technologist to join our Victoria office.

The Position

We are looking for a certified Mechanical Technologist or Engineering Graphics Technician to work on drafting and design of HVAC, fire suppression, and plumbing systems for renovations and new constructions. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience producing construction documents, plans, and calculations. Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of local codes, including the BC Building Code, is an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and design of HVAC, fire suppression, and plumbing systems
  • Adapting to various engineering tasks as required to meet changing market demands
Requirements
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in B.C.
  • Certification as a Mechanical Technologist, Mechanical Technician, or Engineering Graphics Technician
  • Working knowledge of fire suppression, plumbing, and HVAC design
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
