About Rashmi's Bakery

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bakery Assistant to join our team at Rashmi's Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with precision and creativity.
  • Ensure product quality meets our high standards by inspecting and testing products regularly.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
