Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant at New Beginnings Early Learning Ltd. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of educational programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support early childhood educators in maintaining accurate records and submitting written observations on children.
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, including preparing snacks and arranging rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a childcare setting is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
