Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Devon Sushi Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Stock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with food and supplies.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Work Environment:

The Kitchen Helper will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

40 hours per week.
