Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio, including our iconic scents and latest launches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store operations to maintain a high level of store appearance and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Jo Malone London remains a leader in the luxury fragrance market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fragrance and perfumery principles, with a keen sense of smell and a love of fragrances.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
