In the role of a CNC Machining Specialist, you will be tasked with the development and refinement of CNC programming to enhance our machining workflows and ensure the production of top-notch components in line with engineering requirements. Collaborating closely with our engineering and production departments, you will be integral in maintaining the efficiency, precision, and dependability of our CNC machining activities.

Core Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Utilize CAD/CAM software to create CNC programs for diverse machining tasks.
- Tool Selection and Optimization: Choose appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material characteristics and component design.
- Setup and Testing: Configure CNC machines and carry out test operations to confirm program precision.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections with precision measuring tools to verify component dimensions.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve machining challenges, performing regular maintenance duties.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of CNC programs, tooling specifications, and setup guidelines.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and adhere to regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possession of a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, machining technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer within a manufacturing setting.
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.
- Understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling selection, and CNC machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
