About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at The Heid Out Restaurant and Brewhouse & Fisher Peak. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that all equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized.
  • Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
