Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design and implement innovative solutions for M365 application development, integration, and support tailored for our public sector clientele.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Engineering solutions that leverage the enterprise capabilities of Microsoft 365 (M365) to facilitate a cohesive work and communication environment.
  • Overseeing multiple projects, including Azure AD-ECN environment, Hybrid Exchange, M365 DWAN integrations, One Identity, and Teams, ensuring they are executed efficiently.
  • Documenting architecture using TOGAF for the Collaboration project and developing a Concept of Operation Document for the SLAM replacement initiative.
  • Participating in DevOps meetings and sprints to drive project success.
  • Providing expert guidance and producing Validation and Verification plans/reports for various initiatives, including collaboration with external partners on SharePoint Online provisioning tools.
  • Identifying current and future requirements for Teams, Entra ID, and SharePoint Online.
  • Facilitating discussions within the M365 Power User Community to enhance collaboration.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure that essential resources, such as documentation, tutorials, and training materials, are accessible and current.
  • Preparing and executing test plans for various projects, including collaboration and cloud support tool replacement.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical architecture and a proven track record of delivering successful M365 solutions.
