Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Plans
    • Design and implement production plans to meet business objectives
    • Conduct regular reviews to ensure plans are on track and make adjustments as needed
  • Manage Inventory Levels
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
    • Implement just-in-time inventory management systems
  • Ensure Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality products
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with production, quality, and inventory teams to ensure seamless operations
    • Communicate effectively with teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
    • Or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or quality assurance
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
