About the Role

Nexus Home renovations and construction corp. is seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Finisher to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Utilize hand and power tools
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks. You will work in various locations, including construction and renovation sites.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Experience is an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week
