Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and design robust, scalable, and secure platform architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Deliver comprehensive solution architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and practices.
  • Implement and advocate for continuous integration, deployment, and DevSecOps practices to improve development and operational efficiency.
  • Drive the adoption of modern architecture practices and tools, ensuring best practices in microservices, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Provide technical leadership and engineering expertise to program and project teams, ensuring architectural integrity and quality.
  • Develop compelling presentations to convey architectural concepts, strategies, and roadmaps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide engineering and architecture teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Platform Engineering Architect or similar role.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise and solution architecture delivery.
  • Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and modern engineering methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in modern architecture practices, including microservices, containerization, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in software development and system architecture.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
