Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salad. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train our team members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Be able to stand for long periods, as required by the demands of our restaurant.
- Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
- Work Term: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
