Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Husky House Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train and supervise our kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to prepare and serve high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to meet our high standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure we are operating within our means.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
