Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Health Care Aide to join our team at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg. As a Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their dignity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with their daily needs, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the care team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized educational institution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
