Position Overview:

We are seeking a proficient SMT Equipment Technician to join our team on the Day Shift, operating from Monday to Friday. The primary duties will involve setting up and operating advanced machinery, conducting quality assessments, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate Auto-insertion and SMT machinery
  • Perform quality assessments utilizing AOI and various inspection tools
  • Accurately maintain machinery and PCB inventory
  • Conduct visual inspections of processed circuit boards
  • Utilize management software to track inventory

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with Auto-insertion and SMT equipment
  • Ability to interpret work orders and adhere to instructions
  • Familiarity with electronic components and assembly processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines
