Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Class Shift Engineer to join our team at NPA WorldWide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and relief operation of our cogeneration units, high-pressure steam boilers, and auxiliary equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and relief operation duties of cogeneration units, high-pressure steam boilers, and auxiliary equipment
  • Ammonia refrigeration, lake pumps, and chlorinating equipment maintenance
  • 12 hour continental shift rotation, including 5:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.

Requirements:

  • 2nd Class Operating Engineer Certificate
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in an industrial setting (ammonia, cogeneration, compressor plants)
  • Knowledge and experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
  • Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and programming
