Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
  • Utilize your automotive knowledge to recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across various levels to source, order, and provide optimal solutions for customers.
  • Continuously enhance your automotive knowledge.
  • Perform diverse tasks throughout the store to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge of automotive products and/or sales experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and positive manner, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs.
